Harare + Kasai Masai

Zimbabwe meets Congo as part of the ‘Best from Africa’ series at this (very genial) face-off. Former Bhundu Boy Kudaushe Matimba’s Zimbabwean dance outfit Harare mix mbira with chimurenga and jit jive, while Kasai Masai serve up vintage soukous grooves with an urban twist. It's also the launch party for Harare's typically zippy new EP, 'Tanaka'.
