Hugh Masekela: Celebrate Miriam Makeba

Legendary South African campaigner, composer and soulful jazz trumpeter/vocalist Masekela's career stretches back to the '50s, but he maintains a fiery attitude within his uplifting music. His trumpet playing still soars high and free while his gruff vocals still embody a call to arms, especially here as he celebrates the life and music of iconic SA singer Makeba who died in 2008.
