John Law Trio

Leading ECM-ish contemporary jazz pianist and improviser, who moves from modal, freeform and classical sensibilities into more agressive, rock edged territory on material from his recent album 'The Art of Sound Vol 4'. Driving things along are fleet-fingered Russian bassist Yuro Goloubev (who's worked with Gwilym Simcock) and multi- timbral percussionist/drummer Asaf Sirkis.
