The electro-swing scene keeps on booming thanks to DJ Nick Hollywood, a regular at Electro-Swing at The Book Club and vintage nights like Boom Boom Club and Bete-Noire, which have embraced this new mash-up sound. Tonight, however, he's heading to Islington with his crates of toe-tapping gypsy-jazz-swing and lindy-hop loops around a live set from Manouche, VJs and silent movies. Dressing up is optional, but encouraged: think 1920s flapper girls, 1930s ballroom and top hats to trilbies!
