Tonight and tomorrow's gigs are the culmination of a project masterminded by the EFDSS and Shrewsbury Folk Festival in which leading folk artists from England, Scotland, Canada and the US were invited to create collaborative work inspired by the collections of Cecil Sharp, and particularly his Appalachian travels. With the calibre of Show Of Hands' Knightley, melodeon player Cutting and young alt.folky Moray involved, you can expect something special.
