BrewDog’s Dalston branch is going 100 per cent vegan

Craft beer overlords BrewDog have been keeping London topped up with pale ale and greasy treats for years, but now they’re upping the nice-to-naughty ratio with their first fully vegan branch.

Transforming their recently opened Dalston bar with the help of vegan junk food maestros Biff’s Jack Shack, from October 14 the boozer will be a 100 percent plant-based affair.

That means not only will the food be a smörgåsbord of meat-free delights, but the bar will also be keeping up its end of the bargain by only serving vegan-friendly beers and other bevs.

On the menu, you can expect an array of new burgers including the Jack and Cheeze (yup, it’s topped with deep-fried mac and vegan cheeze), vegan meatloaf, vegan poutine and even a sweet jackfruit dessert pie. And there’ll be a whole load of options to wash it all down with, too.

Between October 14-16, it’ll be offering a 2-4-1 deal on all burgers and wingz to toast the change. A healthy night out it might not be, but that’s the only type of guilty pleasure on the menu here.

Tried a bit of Biff’s? Now work your way through the rest of London’s best vegan burgers.
