If Christmas is a time for giving, then the start of the new year must be a time for sharing.

Or should that be Cher-ing? On February 2nd, lovable LGBTQ boozer The Glory plays host to a night entirely dedicated to our favourite bodysuit-wearing, autotune-loving, twitterholic pop colossus.

From 8pm, there'll be a ticketed show that features some of London's finest performers like John Sizzle turning back time with a set of homages and musical reworkings of classics from the woman born Cherilyn Sarkisian. Expect curly perms, more than a few navy sailors and a hefty dose of gypsies, tramps and thieves everywhere. And after that, the venue becomes Life After Love: a two-floored Cher disco.

Full details of the night’s escapades are still to be announced, but keep tabs on the event wall – which currently promises “CHER EVERYTHING”. A motto we can all surely get behind in this cruel modern world.

Head here for tickets and updates on Cher Night. Want more LGBTQ nights out in the capital? Try these.

Now enjoy Cher and Tina Turner just kinda casually hanging out in the '70s.
