Thought London’s music festivals had already revealed all their secrets for 2026? Think again. Today (March 27) British Summer Time in Hyde Park has announced another huge headliner for this summer’s series of day fests.
None other than Duran Duran will perform on the Great Oak Stage in July. Better yet, the synthpop hitmakers will be supported by noughties pop icons Scissor Sisters. This is the latter’s second London festival slot of the summer, after Mighty Hoopla.
Duran Duran released their Halloween-themed 16th studio album Danse Macabre back in 2023. Since forming in 1978, the Birmingham synthpoppers have sold a whopping 100 million records and they remain a massive live act. Other headliners at BST this year include Maroon 5, Pitbull and Lewis Capaldi.
Can’t wait to hear hits like ‘Hungry Like the Wolf’, ‘Rio’ and ‘Ordinary World’ at BST Hyde Park this summer? Here’s what you need to know about tickets.
