Awesome dance studio At Your Beat is hosting a whole day of free sessions. Book a class online and give it a good go – there’s newly launched AfroBeat and LatinBeat, cardio dance class FitBeat (where you don’t have to remember any moves) or VideoBeat where you can learn to dance like Beyoncé and Rihanna (as best you can). The Castle Centre.
