London’s new ‘sandwich spa’ is serving free anti-ageing sarnies

Haven’t you always wanted a free massage while you eat free food?

There are five sandwiches on the menu of London’s new inner-city ‘sandwich spa’. Each is matched to a spa treatment and made with ingredients that apparently promote anti-ageing, energy and mindfulness from the healthy food brand BFree.

The star sandwich Roll Back the Clock is a multigrain ‘anti-ageing’ wrap made with ‘age-defying’ ingredients such as sweet potato and spinach. If you’re not scared to get a little messy during lunch, you can get a ‘collagen-boosting’ vitamin C facial on the side. The BLT (Beautiful Long Tresses) sadly doesn’t contain bacon, instead, it’s a tofu wrap and a scalp massage that will ‘boost the appearance of hair’ by restoring keratin levels in the body.

It all sounds too good to be true, to be honest. The most important thing to learn from this: free sandwiches.

Find The Sandwich Spa at La Galleria Pall Mall, SW1Y 4UY, Mar 14-16, 10am-3pm. Book your spot in advance.

Here are London’s best healthy restaurants, sans spa treatment.
