As part of the Freedom of the City Festival of Improvised and Experimental Music, Ilan Volkov (former chief conductor of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra) conducts the London Improvisers Orchestra, with Phil Minton's Feral Singers (a smaller, 'chamber' version of his renowned Feral Choir). Includes a Tribute to Tony Levin, the great British jazz drummer who died earlier this year, which features many of the country's leading percussionists.)
