Is it the best burger in town? Probably not. Is the burger good? Bloody yes. The brioche bun is buttery and fluffy, and the meat is cooked beautifully at medium rare. The portions are generous (fries can be shared among 2). Unfortunately it was a little dry, it would be perfect if there's more sauce or juice (from the meat).

The best burger in London, hands down! Cool setting and incredible food, all the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I'm going there at least once a month and cannot get bored with it. A must-go!

After reading about them in a ‘Top Ten Burgers in London’ list and drooling over the pictures I was really eager to sample for myself, and am pleased to report I wasn’t disappointed. Haché provide top quality gourmet burgers that look like culinary works of art. The menu offers succulent steak, grilled chicken or specialties in either ciabatta or brioche buns (go for the brioche, brioche is best). They also have delicious vegetarian choices like falafel and goat’s cheese, and you can even replace the bun with salad if you’re counting the calories. It’s a great place for when you’re feeling fancy but don’t want the fussy food that comes with fine dining. Compared to other burger joints that have a more casual eat-and-go vibe, Haché’s whole image and branding is sophisticated and decadent, with dim lighting, modern interior and beautifully presented food. You could easily feel as though you’ve been transported into a Parisian brasserie, and the French staff, who are pleasant and effortlessly cool, also help to aide this fantasy. Perfect for a romantic date with your chéri(e) d’amour.

3* might be a bit harsh but people I know have raved about this place and I really didn't think it was allll that.

Plus points - if you like burgers... Well there is a lotta choice on toppings, they cook medium rare if that's how you like it, the service is good and finally the decor is nice (a more classy burger joint).
The not so good - my burger was ok (big portion) but bland, the cheese mix on top of mine had a terrible texture and the most disappointing was the brioche which wasn't buttery and was way too dry.
The other options on the menu all sounded quite nice and the price hasn't put me off returning however I just thought it was all a bit meh!

I'm always a little weary about going to a burger place as a vegetarian because I feel that more effort and creativity goes into the meat eaters meals than the veggies- but I had nothing to sorry about at Hache as my falafel sweetcorn burger was flipping delicious! Yes ok, falafel is a little unimaginative, but this was done so well I hardly even cared!

I really enjoyed the sweet corn relish and the slices of beetroot were a stroke of genius. I also love how you get the choice of ciabatta or brioche bun for your burger.

My friend had a duck burger as she said that it was just as good as people described.

Didn't get a chance to take in the decor because we were deep in a burger stupor, however I did clock that the service and wait time was really great. Portion sizes and price were reasonable too- we got chips to share and were still stuffed! Can't wait to come here again to see what the goats cheese burger has to offer.
