Mamita Que Chorizo

This Shoreditch-based South American pop-up, housed in the Belcourt Cafe, specialises in the art of 'asados', a grilling technique said to lock in taste and tenderness. The result is three unforgettable sandwiches: the El 10 Steak Sandwich (grain fed prime bavette seak on ciabatta bread with roast red pepper and homemade chimi-churri sauce); the El Lomito (spiced pork shoulder, thinly sliced and heavily layered on a brioche bun with mustard mayo); and the El Chori (South American chorizo on a French baguette with roast red peper and homemade chimi-churri sauce). Beyond those staples, expect an ever-changing menu with new dishes and desserts added each week. Vegetarian options are available.
