The opulent Jazz Lounge, with its dusty pink velvet drapes and cascading crystals inspired by a dress from Coco Chanel offers live piano music daily for afternoon tea and a fine dining/live music experience on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 8:30pm. Guests can enjoy exquisite Italian cuisine, with our Executive Chef Michele Del Monaco recreating everything from the most delicate Italian dishes, to items reminiscent of a more traditional nature.

Our afternoon tea service blends an innovative menu with a formal high tea style to provide guests the perfect balance of seamless service, unique deliciousness and elegance. Our tea menu has been selected by our resident Tea Connoisseur Leonardo Mattera who has chosen teas from the finest estates in the world, and our Pastry Chef who has infused a classic afternoon tea experience with contemporary flair.
