Best for: part-timers
Choose from a range of knitting workshops at this pretty little yarn shop in Islington. We suggest signing up to the Fair Isle class in time for Christmas jumper season.

Venue says Yak yarns from the Tibetan Plateau are now in at Loop. Baby yak, hand-dyed cashmere and silk, as well as great pattern support in the shop!

Wool & The Gang

Best for: cool crafters
The coolest knitters on the block are craft collective Wool and the Gang who, as well as running an online store of sustainable yarn-based garments, host an array of knitting ‘parties.’ Head along for a laid-back atmosphere, patient tutelage and excellent wool-based punning.
