What is it?

This Brixton institution has recently moved from Market Row a larger space in neighbouring Granville Arcade. Run by Saja Shareen and her family for more than 30 years, it's become a go-to destination for hard-to-find global ingredients and rare spices. It's the very embodiment of a global grocer, right in the heart of Southwest London.

What does it sell?

The shelves are stocked with almost impossible to find hot sauces, herbs and spices and fruit and veg. Caribbean and West African staples like cassava, yam, saltfish, and ackee are available too.

Mon-Sat 7am-7pm; Sun 8am-7pm
