Rosebery's auction: Basia Zarzycka private collection

The private collection of fashion designer Basia Zarzycka (best-known for her couture wedding dresses) is going under the hammer over at Rosebery's, the fine art and antiques auctioneers. Gowns and shoes made by Basia will feature, including a delicate ivory silk slip dress with a guide price of £100-£200. Expect personal possessions as well, like vintage fashion, hair accessories, textiles, handbags, hats and shawls. We've got our eyes on a collection of Czech paste hatpins with a guide price of £140-£180 – they may not be useful, but they sure are pretty!
