Its new location in the City offers 9 classes a day and will run three different types of 45-minute classes. ‘Sweat’ is a boot camp class that’s designed to burn more fat than any other class by using HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and pushes you to do as many reps as possible in the fastest amount of time. ‘Strong Man’ is a slower, heavier and more controlled workout that combines log pressing, sled dragging, prowler pushing, and Atlas Stones, which targets core areas and results in a deeper burn. Can’t decide between the two and fancy upping the ante? Try ‘Combine’, a mixture of the two, but working in teams to compete against each other and forcing you to work harder than ever before.
