Duncan Macmillan's superb play-for-our-times 'Lungs' is brought back to London as part of the Paines Plough Roundabout season at the Southbank Centre - where the company's transportable in-the-round stage pitches up for the summer. George Perrin's direction is, as with all the Roundabout shows, pretty sparse, but as a result Macmillan's excellent writing shines. It follows a couple on the very rocky road to having a baby, though ups, downs, concerns about the environment, concerns about each other and whether having 'the baby conversation' in IKEA is really appropriate. Don't miss.
