Telescope

A world premiere of Azerbaijani playwright (and the country's deputy prime minister) Elchin Ilyas Oglu Afandiyev's play 'Telescope' staged as part of Buta Festival - the festival of Azeri Arts in London. The piece is a satire, where a man finds himself half way to heaven at a stop off point run by bureaucratic angels. Tanya Franks and Chris Simmons star in the staging by David Parry.
