New Royal Court boss Vicky Featherstone's new strand of work 'The Big Idea' which opened during her first summer continues with this group of debates, performances and events on the theme of belief. Inspired by Rachel De-lahay’s 'Routes', Abhishek Majumdar’s 'The Djinns of Eidgah' and Suhayla El-Bushra’s 'Pigeons', the events include a debate with Ziauddin Sardar which explores how we define Islam today; a talk from Abdul-Rehman Malik and guests on the cultural experience of young Londoners today and a talk on feminism and Islam.
