Tarell Alvin McCraney's classic debut play about two fractious siblings
US playwright Tarell Alvin McCraney's career is clearly going places: he's currently riding high on the back of the Oscar-winning, critically-acclaimed film 'Moonlight', which he wrote. So now seems like an excellent moment to reevaluate his earlier work. A decade ago his debut play 'The Brothers Size' made a splash in the Young Vic's Maria studio, in a production directed by Bijan Sheibani. Now they're doing it all again, as Sheibani directs a new production of McCraney's drama about two brothers: sensible Ogun and free-spirited Oshoosi, who is freshly released from prison and threatening to end up back there again.
