Time Out says

The Park Theatre has always enjoyed an old-fashioned ghost chiller – so much so that it makes it post-lockdown return with one. ‘When Darkness Falls‘ is set on Guernsey and follows the forces unleashed when a young writer gives a talk on the island’s dark folklore. Will Barton – last seen here playing our Prime Minister in ‘The Last Temptation of Boris Johnson’ – will play local history teacher John Blondel, while Alex Phelps plays The Speaker. It’s written by James Milton and Paul Morrissey, the latter of whom directs.
