A third of all cancers could be prevented if everyone was a healthy weight, exercised regularly and ate well. World Cancer Research Fund UK want Londoners to chase this goal – and a bunch of giant bananas – around a 5k course at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This is the tenth year that the run has taken place, but for the first time it's open to the whole family. The bananas set off first and the idea is that runners try to catch up or overtake.
