BFI Future Film Festival

A film festival for cineastes aged 15-25, with affordable ticket prices and a programme of screenings, workshops, master classes and networking opportunities for budding filmmakers. Each day has a different theme: Friday is documentary day, Saturday focuses on screen fiction and Sunday is all about animation. Events include a screening of Mark Cousins’ ‘The Story of Children and Film’, a session looking at documentary’s relevance as a tool for social change, a master class with casting director Jeremy Zimmerman, a screening of ‘Gravity’ followed by a Q&A with visual effects supervisor Neil Corbould and a workshop on how to get in to the VFX industry. Look online for a full list of events and to book tickets for the three sessions per day you would like to attend.
