You simply can’t stop London’s premiere Christmas singlaong
Touch wood, but 2020 is going to have a Christmas, and nowhere more so than the Royal Albert Hall, where a socially distanced but still substantial audience will live their best festive lives belting out seasonal tunes accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The Royal Choral Society and National Youth Choir of Great Britain will be taking on traditional carols and modern arrangements, so expect something pretty special. If you can’t afford the £57.50 ticket for a seat in the auditorium (or £390 for a six-seat box), you can stream the concert online for a fraction of the price, the added advantage of this option being that your stunning rendition of God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman won’t be muffled by a facemask. The neighbours will be thrilled.
Performances take place at: 11am, 2:30pm, 4pm, 7:30pm.
