 Artisan cheese crafters Castello have teamed up with L'Atelier des Chefs, the cooking school, to deliver cheese-inspired courses. There will be three different classes – how to make a fail-safe soufflé, pappardelle from scratch, and picnic tarts – during which participants will also be taught how to put together the ultimate cheese board and pair it with the perfect wine
