Deptford Literature Festival

Celebrate the diversity and creativity of South East London through words, stories and performances. Run by Spread the Word in collaboration with Tom MacAndrew, the festival features readings, walks and workshops with activities led by local writers and creatives including Caroline Bird (British playwright), Tice Cin (writer and interdisciplinery artist), Dean Atta (author who explores race, identity and sexuality) and Remi Graves (London-baed poet and drummer), plus loads more. The theme for this year is ‘Unheard Histories: Untold Stories’, and there is even a special launch event on Friday March 15.
