Join Dr Johnson and friends on a beer-soaked yet enlightening musical ramble from the writer’s townhouse in Gough Square, through the secret gardens of the Temple, to the banks of the Thames. The tour is led by historian and broadcaster Dr Matthew Green - with the help of actors and musicians hidden along the route. It features pit stops at three of Dr Johnson’s favourite taverns and an appearance by his purring muse, Hodge the cat. The walk winds up on Waterloo Bridge.
