TThis two-day practical coaching session aims to help young career-seekers ask and answer questions like 'Who are you and what do you stand for?'. Coaches from business and the arts will help participants to uncover the unique combination of six signature strengths that set them apart from other experienced jobseekers. By the end of the two days participants should have gained clarity on their direction in life and be closer to identifying the type of work that will make them tick. The course features one to one time on both days as well as intensive small group sessions.
