Time Out says

Every branch of the Le Pain Quotidien chain has a dedicated pastry chef, and over the next few months you have the chance to meet them with a series of hands-on baking workshops at their Borough branch. Each two-hour class will see attendees have a go at some of the bakery's favourite recipes using organic and seasonal ingredients. Highlights include a decadent session making chocolate tarts and organic chocolate brioche (Oct 15), and a chance to make the bakery's most popular treat, the giant scone (Nov 19). You can also try your hand at a Savarin, a classic French rum cake with syrup and fresh cream, as well as many other delicious pastries and cakes.

The price includes two organic drinks, a sharing tartine platter and your own baked treats to take home. Book via borough@lepainquotidien.co.uk
