Norman Thelwell

Cartoonist Norman Thelwell was probably best known for his Penelope and Kipper strip in the Sunday Express, but he also created more than 60 Punch covers and a wide body of work lampooning different aspects of life, society and changing times. This exhibition gathers together some 150 of those works, including the landscape watercolours he painted.
