Portman Village Wimbledon Tennis Street Party

A tennis themed street party featuring fake grass and lots of Pimms, strawberries and cream. Shops and restaurants in the area are taking part in the annual event, and Buy my Wardrobe, the designer sale outlet, will be hosting its first ever clearance sale as part of the festival. Alongside stalls and stands from local hotel brasseries through to St John’s Hospice fundraising stalls, a range of children’s activities will be on offer, including face-painting, Punch & Judy, and special workshops, while adults can enjoy comedy theatre, jazz band on stilts and performances from Trio Manouche, one of the UK’s leading gypsy swing ensembles.
