Time Out says

The Family Holiday Association helps struggling families get a break, from a simple day out to a few days at the seaside. To raise money to continue to support these families and encourage more families to spend quality time together, the charity has launched Seaside Walk Week. If you want to take part, there are two options taking place simultaneously in London, both guided by Blue Badge tour guides who are experts on the city. The 2.5 mile 'Oranges and Lemons' walk starts at Gabriel's Wharf and winds its way past famous landmarks and hidden alleyways, over bridges and past the site once known as 'London's larder' to Traitor's Gate under the walls of the mighty Tower of London. The slightly longer 'Pirates, Pubs and Property Prices' walk also ends up at Traitors Gate but begins 3.5 miles away at Canary Wharf Pier. Find out where pirates were once hung in chains and hear tales of developers and dockers. Register online now to book places and find out about coastal walks are taking place across the UK.
