Register in advance online or simply turn up on the day for this 5k or 10k morning jog. The proceeds go towards Starfish Greathearts, an international charity supporting children in South Africa who have been orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV and AIDS. Family and friends are welcome to bring or buy a picnic and join runners after the run, when there will also be a free 100-metre kids dash. For less active types who’d like to lend their support there will be a bouncy castle, face painting and sports massages.
