Time Out says

On June 13 – the Queen's official birthday bash– a military parade will be Trooping the Colour (carrying a military flag) down Horse Guards Parade. This second rehearsal (the Major General's Review takes place on Saturday May 30) for the event is free to attend and can be viewed from The Mall or Horse Guards Parade.
