The Midnight Apothecary: Toast in the Tree

Gather round the fire at the Brunel Museum’s traditional (and noisy) Twelfth Night Wassailing celebration, starring the Wassail Queen. Led by the Butler of the Ceremony, participants will process to an apple tree in the lower garden to celebrate. Bring lanterns, torches and/or something to make a racket. Master Chef winner Julie Friend has devised a menu of hot food, with cider-based concoctions (and non-alcoholic versions) available from a cash bar.
