City-dwelling artists looking for something a little wilder to add to their repertoire will adore these classes led by illustrator, Jennie Webber. Held in the Proud Archivist on Regents Canal, each class sees a new animal strike a pose for anyone looking to brush up on their observational drawing skills. Past classes have seen snakes, donkeys, reptiles and owls try their hand ( or paws, claws and talons) at a spot of modelling, and the next class will see a show-stopping Czechoslovakian Wolf crossbreed take to the stage. All animals are accompanied by experienced handlers and money from ticket sales goes towards helping animal sanctuaries and organisations. Drawing materials are provided although participants are welcome to bring along specific media if they wish. A birds of prey session is also scheduled for Nov 18th. Check website for details.
