Time Out says

A protest against oil dependency and the way the cult of the car dominates contemporary life, the World Naked Bike Ride is also an unfettered celebration of individuality of the bare body. Many people opt to go au naturel and bike in the buff, though full nudity is optional. But remember: while clothes aren't necessary during the event, no one should get naked before the official start of the ride. The event has a carnival vibe to it, so organisers encourage body painting and adorning your nude self with colourful patterns and slogans.

The route for 2019's World Naked Bike Ride (now in its sixteenth year) will have six start points: Tower Hill, Regents Park, Deptford, Hyde Park, Clapham Junction, and Kew Bridge. All the routes merge for the core part of the route from Westminster Bridge onwards, so that everyone gets to be part of the mass ride. Don't forget suncream. For details and updates visit the World Naked Bike Ride website.
