Well, here we go: Los Angeles now has a football team, and there will be plenty of Rams fans gathering in sports bars across the city to watch tonight's opening game against the San Francisco 49ers. But if you want to avoid the crowds (and a beer tab), UberEATS is offering an easy alternative. Teaming up with Fanatics, for tonight's season opener the app is offering on-demand Rams merchandise along with 150 restaurants featuring special menu items that are perfect for tailgating (think: nachos, hot dogs, etc).

Here's how it works: Once you've logged into the app and added your delivery address, search for restaurants that have a black ESPN VIP Tailgate logo. Click into a participating restaurant, search for the "ESPN LA TAILGATE" tab and you'll be able to see what football-friendly foods are being offered. There's a combo sandwich at the Halal Guys that includes lettuce, tomato, chicken gyro and both white and hot sauce; Double Cut Wings and the Plan Check Burger from Plan Check; a pulled pork sandwich with jalapeno slaw from WeHo Sausage Company and more.

Along with all the hot dogs and burgers you can muster, Fanatics will also be selling Rams merchandise in the form of T-shirts, jerseys, hats and signed collectibles. The estimated delivery time is around 30-40 minutes.
