We’re here to assuage your music festival FOMO: While Coachella attendees stand shoulder-to-shoulder in a dusty field, you have the luxury of watching those same sets while curled up on your couch in a pair of pajamas. You can tune into the Coachella live stream from the comfort of your own home and watch most of the action. Here’s everything you need to know.
Where can I watch the Coachella live stream?
Once again, Coachella will stream live from seven stages at the fest and across both weekends via YouTube. (These are accessible via a dedicated iPhone and Android app, as well, but they’re basically just interactive schedules that will ultimately transfer you over to YouTube.) For the third straight year, if you’re watching via the YouTube app on your TV, you’ll be able to pull up a multiview option with streams from up to four stages at once (though audio from only one at a time, otherwise that’d be chaos). And for the second year, a “Watch With” feature will allow you to watch with commentary from other streamers.
To tune in, head to the Coachella channel on any device starting at 4pm PDT on Friday, April 10 through Sunday night, April 12. The live stream will return for the second weekend, April 17 to 19, when the Yuma tent will also join the lineup (likely in place of the Sonora tent).
We’ve embedded all seven channels below, including their schedules.

What happens if I miss a set?
After the final performance of the evening, all of the programming typically repeats until the next day’s stream begins at 4pm. (The live stream app can clue you in to the replay times.) After that, you won’t be able to (legally) watch full performances, but you’ll likely find select highlights posted to the fest’s YouTube page.
Are the sets actually live?
Yes. In the past, sets were often streamed on a slight delay, but for the past few editions of the fest the streaming schedules have matched up exactly with the in-person schedule (with the exception of a couple of pre-4pm sets that either aren’t shown at all or are shown on a slight delay).
How many sets will be streamed?
Almost every set that starts at 4pm or later is streamed (for whatever reason, David Guetta’s Saturday night set isn’t on the streaming schedule). The one major exception: While weekend one will show the Sonora tent instead of the small Yuma tent, weekend two reverses that configuration and shows the Yuma tent (but presumably not the Sonora).
Can I easily watch the streams after they air?
Unfortunately, no. While Coachella archives some individual songs, entire sets are not available on the fest’s YouTube account after they air live.
