8 Nights at Birdie G’s

Enjoy Hanukkah-inspired dishes at this holiday guest chef series at Birdie G’s, including Kuya Lord’s Maynard Llera (in conjunction with Found Oyster’s Ari Kolender) and Yangban Society’s Katianna and John Hong (with Ronan’s Daniel and Caitlin Cutler). The à la carte holiday menu will also include the Santa Monica restaurant’s signature elevated Jewish dishes. Note the event runs on December 4 to 7, then again December 11 to 14—meaning you’ll need to go on a weekday to enjoy these special-edition dinners. To round out the fun, Chinatown’s Now Serving is selling cookbooks from guest chefs (including some out-of-towners), S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna will provide hydration and Champagne Henriot will pour three different champagnes by the glass.
