There were more than just Tyrannosaurus Rex and Brontosaurus dinosaurs roaming the Earth during the Prehistoric Era and the American Museum of Natural History’s latest science series is taking us into the deep sea to learn more. “Prehistoric Ocean Dwellers” will feature exploration stations where scientists will be on hand to answer questions and families can dig through a model of an ancient sea bed and view the museum’s collection. Check out the touch tank of ocean species that once swam with these marine dinosaurs and still exist today. Kids can even create their own fossil model to take home as their new pet. At 2pm and 4pm, Rainbow Puppet Productions will take attendees on a musical journey back to the land of the dinosaurs. Yabba dabba doo! All ages.
