Time Out says

Celebrate the holidays 17th-century style in Staten Island’s historic village. Kids can hop on a horse-drawn carriage, watch a tinsmith craft ornaments, listen to seasonal tales and sing along to merry tunes with carolers. Stop in at the Third County Courthouse to sample some holiday treats and browse Mrs. Claus’s Attic Treasures, then stick around for the parade and tree-lighting ceremony (5pm), complete with cider warmed over a campfire. All ages.
