Cubbyhole is one of the Village’s more festive and hetero-friendly gay-and-lesbian bars. Chinese paper lanterns, tissue-paper fish and holiday decorations hang from the ceiling. Barstools are upholstered with glossy vinyl bearing pictures of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig. Eclectic? You bet.

This bar is so fun, the ceiling is absolutely covered in lanterns, streamers and paper decorations. I had a great time at Mardi Gras here last year (and the $2 margaritas weren't bad either!) The bartender also bought pizza for everyone, always awesome. Super fun and friendly vibe!
make sure you bring cash...and if you're claustrophobic don't look up! Fun inclusive spot for gay, straight friends alike and the bartenders are super friendly :)
Super friendly bartenders and drinks specials pretty much every night ($2 margarita Tuesdays, $4 drinks throughout the week). Happy hour Monday-Sat til 7pm (half off all beer, well drinks, and wine).
The jukebox has it all and the ceiling is packed with decorations that change with the seasons. And no shortage of friendly faces :)
