We don't know about you, but there are some days when we just want to eat breakfast all day. Now you can eat those 4pm pancakes without any societal side-eye at the BreakFestival from Food Karma Projects (the organizers of Pig Island and Cook-Out NYC) and all-breakfast site Extra Crispy.

On Labor Day weekend (from 2–5pm and 6–9pm on both Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4), breakfast lovers will descend on Stuyvesant Cove Park for a morning spread from 20-plus chefs, including Inday's Anup Joshi, who will serve chaat-dusted bacon-egg-and-cheese dosas; Humberto Guallpa (Calle Dao), offering a Cuban-Chinese Benedict with Chinese sausage, bok choy and a tomate de arbol hollandaise; and Cathy Erway (author of The Food of Taiwan), who will whip up chilled tofu pudding with ginger syrup.

Along with bacon stations, chef cook-offs and eating contests (a Breakfast King and Queen will be crowned), the fest will feature Murph's Bloody Marys and coffee cocktails from Drambuie. Cheers to that.
