Dinner and a Broadway show make a classic New York date combination. But how about lunch and a free Broadway concert in a park? On Thursday afternoons this summer, 106.7 Lite fm’s Broadway in Bryant Park series is once again hosting singers from Broadway and Off Broadway musicals. It has just announced the full lineup, which includes old favorites (like Wicked), new hits (like The Color Purple) and even a few shows that haven’t opened yet (like the Irving Berlin musical Holiday Inn).

Broadway at Bryant Park takes place on Thursday afternoons at 12:30pm, from July 7 through August 11. If we had to pick just one, we’d recommend the July 28th edition. That concert features performances from Fun Home, which won the 2015 Tony for Best Musical (and is scheduled to close in September); Kinky Boots, which won the 2014 Tony for Best Musical; this year’s Waitress, which has a score by Sara Bareilles. It also offers an advance look at the upcoming Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, one of the best musicals of the decade, which will hit Broadway in October.

But every week promises quality entertainment, and you can’t beat the price. Here's the complete schedule. Plan ahead!
