It can be tiring schlepping all over the city tracking down all the best ice cream tacos, hot dogs and sweet new flavors to cool down with, so it's a boon when you can divide and conquer, tasting multiple frozen treats at once (so long as you don't suffer a brain freeze or bellyache in pursuit of such happiness). That's what Brooklyn Flea had in mind with their Ice Cream Day Bonanza. The fifth-annual social is taking place on Saturday, July 16 at the Fort Greene flea and Sunday, July 17 at the DUMBO flea, with seven local producers and more than 30 flavors showcased. Sate your sweet tooth with ice-cream scoops, floats, sandwiches and sundaes from these New York favorites:

Doughnut ice-cream sundae from Underwest Donuts and Il Laboratorio del Gelato
Made with a to-be-announced custom flavor from Il Laboratorio del Gelato and old-school cake doughnuts from Underwest, this sundae mash-up is a match made in treats heaven.

Birthday cake ice-cream sandwich from Good Batch
On the menu this weekend are chewy Funfetti sugar cookies filled with Blue Marble vanilla ice cream, lemon buttercream and rainbow sprinkles.

Indian ice-cream floats and sundaes from Malai
Pooja Bavishi's artisanal ice creamery features unexpected flavor combinations like the spicy-sweet masala chai. Her creations will be on offer with house-made flavored syrups and toppings.

Maca-Mo-Nana ice cream from Brooklyn Bell
This small-batch Crown Heights producer will introduce their special new banana ice cream blended with macadamia nuts and coconut shavings.

Scoops, floats and sundaes from Phin & Phebes
Choose from tried-and-true flavors like ginger snap, coconut–key lime and dark-chocolate–salty-caramel for regular scoops, and pair any combination with cola, root beer or Meyer lemon soda to make it a float. The Greenpoint ice creamery will also have ice cream sandwiches made with Ovenly salted chocolate-chip cookies to nosh on.

New summer flavors from Fort Grace Ice Cream
The ice cream connoisseurs haven't yet revealed what flavors they'll have out, but with recent offerings like lychee–yuzu and passion-fruit–chocolate-chip, it's safe to assume there's something refreshing up their sleeve.

Floats from Brooklyn Soda Works
Take any of your scoops to their stand and they'll make it a float with blueberry soda.
