Two years after first hawking their liquor-laced treats at Brooklyn Flea, Allison Kave (First Prize Pies) and Keavy Blueher (Kumquat Cupcakery) are finally debuting Butter & Scotch's brick-and-mortar in Crown Heights. Next week, the sugary power duo will open the doors to their bakery-bar, which has churned out spirited sweets like mint julep ice cream pies and White Russian caramel corn.

The Franklin Ave shop will serve not only boozy pies and cupcakes, but cocktails, soda fountain confections (think root-beer floats and milkshakes) and breakfast pastries. The final menu is still in the works, but check back soon for more details and photos of the decadent stuff. In the meantime, cross your fingers for another week-long tequila party. 818 Franklin Ave between Union St and Eastern Pkwy, Crown Heights, Brooklyn (butterandscotch.com)
