Can they serve these off of parade floats?

The downtown Dream Hotel's Japanese restaurant Megu is now offering darling rainbow dumplings in honor of NYC Pride. Designed by former Top Chef competitor Frances Tariga, the little fellers are colored and flavored with vegetable purees, and stuffed with roasted cauliflower, sweet corn, shitake mushrooms and ginger. You can buy a round of the colorful assortment for $18 all month, and even learn how to make them at a workshop on June 20 at 6pm for $135, with some proceeds benefitting the LGBT Community Center.

Unlike the scourge of rainbow bagels, these colorful delights look like they actually taste good.
